Sahl Hasheesh will offer 22 five star hotels as well as three front line beach residential complexes, Aparthotel Palm Beach Piazza, Residencial El Andalous and the Ocean Breeze Family Resort. All of these will offer five star facilities to owners and have private beach facilities.
Hurghada is the nearest airport and can be reached in just over five hours from most major cities in Europe. Egypt's all year round warm sunshine and almost non existent rainfall make Sahl Hasheesh a perfect holiday destination and a first class investment target.
Aparthotel Palm Beach Piazza
A Five Star boutique residential complex in the heart of the Resort; aparthotel Palm Beach Piazza offers 100 one and two bedroom apartments in a privileged beach front location. Luxury apartments, fully air conditioned with extensive use of marble and natural materials. Kitchens to clients own choice and full furniture packs are available.
Palm Beach Piazza offers a 24 hour concierge service, owners bar, coffee shop, fitness centre, satelite TV, Internet connection, Italian Restaurant, beach front swimming pool with pool bar, shops for daily needs, entertainment area and a Dive school.
Palm Beach Piazza was completed in July 2007 and apartments are available for immediate occupation.
